Our dentists in Fort Smith, Rogers, and Springdale, AR, are always accepting new patients at any of our four Parklane Family Dental offices and it’s important to us that you have a remarkable experience from start to finish. Each new patient dental exam typically lasts from 45 minutes to one hour. This will include a comprehensive exam, oral cancer screening, all necessary digital X-rays, and a short interview so that we may learn more about you and your oral health.
New patients should bring insurance information, a driver’s license or ID, as well as medical history, and list of medications if available. We ask that any new patient under 18 arrive at their first visit accompanied by a parent or guardian. For a faster initial appointment, please fill out our new patient form online!

Upon arrival, expect a warm greeting from our front desk. From there, we will ask that you fill out any patient forms that haven’t already been completed online. We’ll then welcome you into one of our beautiful exam rooms to get started with your appointment.
Your dentist will take time to completely answer your questions and to discuss your concerns. They will also explain the findings from your exam. Using this information, we will create a customized treatment plan to achieve your health and cosmetic goals.
